I am a research assistant at the Department of Photonics at the Institute of Physics, Jagiellonian University in Krakow.
My scientific interests focus on atomic optics and time and frequency metrology. During my Master studies, I actively participated in the Polish Metrology project, where I worked on the preparation of an optical flywheel for the long-distance transmission of the optical signal of an atomic clock.
My current research focuses on the development of a gas absorption cell for the HYADES mission.
Outside of my scientific activities, I am interested in electronics, contemporary classical music, collecting textbooks and reading extensively. In my free time I also like to play the accordion. With a deep appreciation of nature, I often spend time on forest walks and cycling trips, which allow me to relax and find inspiration in the natural world.
